About the Teacher


I’m Holly, the founder of Etoile Bakery and the Etoile Bakery Cake School.  I trained at the Cordon Bleu School in London and set up Etoile Bakery 10 years ago and we now make all manner of cakes for our London client base that includes royalty and celebrities. 

In recent years I have also been teaching others how to bake and decorate cakes, and now we are taking the classes online so that you can learn the Etoile Bakery way no matter where you live!

Our passion at Etoile Bakery Cake School is to give our students the skills and confidence to create incredible cakes.  Our introduction to baking course is broken up into easy to follow videos.  You can follow the lessons at your own pace in the comfort of your own home.
